Meditation for Stress Reduction


Join Psychotherapist Michael McCarthy for a free workshop on meditation and its ability to reduce stress in daily life.

Whether you are new to meditation or more experienced, this experiential learning based workshop will give you new ways to deal with any situation that would normal leave you anxious or stressed.

Michael uses various modalities in his psychotherapy, including meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, connecting with nature and more as he creates a customized approach to working with each client.
